Improvement and installation of the physical network infrastructure for facility expansion.

In 2016, Seda Packaging doubled the size of its facility and with it, the demand on its IT network necessitated a network infrastructure expansion.

CC&N designed and installed new copper cabling and fiber optic infrastructure throughout the expansion in order to improve the wireless network’s ability to serve Seda’s manufacturing needs. CC&N also connected the access control system and the CCTV surveillance system.

CC&N had to determine the best way to work over existing machinery and 40-foot high ceilings. CC&N’s technicians took careful precautions and expertly implemented the cabling. The new cabling infrastructure allowed Seda to have a functioning security system, a more reliable wireless system, and a high-performance IT network. It also enabled Seda’s local manufacturing machinery to receive data and to communicate data effectively with machinery in Seda’s overseas facilities.
