Steinhafels

A 100,000-sq. foot warehouse addition to accommodate growth due to the opening of additional Steinhafels stores.

In early 2017, Steinhafels expanded two of its existing warehouses in order to meet the needs of opening stores. CC&N was hired to design a Commscope Uniprise cabling network infrastructure. The design needed to accommodate the inventory scanner requirements and make sure the metal racking in the warehouse didn’t disrupt the scanner signal.

CC&N also handled unique requirements for Steinhafel’s photo studio. The installation required fiber optic cabling for their photo studio in which they photographed catalog pictures, and recorded TV commercials, and advertisements. This required extensive knowledge of the specialized networking needed to run the production equipment. The warehouses’ ceilings, which were between 25-45 feet, posed a physical installation challenge. CC&N technicians trained in the safety and installation of high ceiling, met the challenge.
