CC&N supported one such deployment, but this wasn’t a typical build. The environment was scaling in real time while new infrastructure was still being installed, all under aggressive timelines.
Project Challenges
CC&N’s scope within the project required coordination across multiple teams while priorities continued to shift. Maintaining alignment across the environment depended on consistent execution and clear visibility into what was being installed.
Without that discipline, the risk was not in the installation itself, but in what followed. Inconsistent labeling, gaps in documentation, and misalignment between teams can compound quickly at this scale, making future work harder to execute and increasing the potential for delays.
The customer needed a partner who could step into a fast-moving, multi-team environment and bring structure immediately. CC&N’s ability to operate inside active hyperscale environments allowed our team to contribute without slowing progress.
We supported deployment efforts while also stepping in for Day 2 activities as needed. We validated infrastructure, corrected documentation, and assisted with IMAC and troubleshooting as issues surfaced. Our team worked within the existing environment by aligning with established workflows and maintaining continuity across installation and follow-on support.
CC&N Services and Outcome
CC&N was tasked with supporting both deployment and ongoing operational needs within the hyperscale construction project environment. Services provided included structured cabling for fiber and copper, rack and stack, labeling, infrastructure validation, documentation, and ad hoc Day 2 support. This combination of CC&N services allowed the customer to rely on a single partner for its deployment and ongoing operational needs.
The experienced CC&N team met the aggressive deadlines required for this project. Our ability to step in without a learning curve helped maintain momentum through completion.
The infrastructure was delivered and supported on schedule, with follow-on work completed without disrupting other teams. As the environment expanded, it remained organized and ready for continued growth.
