CC&N Welcomes New DAS Business Development Manager and Celebrates Team Member Certifications

Brookfield, Wis. | October 21, 2025

CC&N, a full-service low-voltage service provider, wireless network company, and a 100 percent employee-owned company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jed Dolske as DAS Business Development Manager. The company also recognizes four team members who recently achieved the prestigious designation of Lencore Master Certified Installers, further strengthening CC&N’s commitment to delivering innovative, high-quality technology solutions.

With more than 18 years of experience in technology and solutions sales, Dolske brings deep expertise in in-building cellular repeater systems (DAS), enterprise IT, telecommunications, and workplace solutions. He spent the majority of his career at AT&T and Spectrum Business, where he specialized in developing targeted sales strategies, aligning solutions with enterprise business needs, and fostering long-term client partnerships with Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States. Dolske is also recognized for his expertise in crafting strategic recommendations that drive business growth.

“While this role is not new to CC&N, we are excited for the revitalized outlook and approach Jed will bring to the DAS space,” said Dan Witkofski, President, CC&N. “His extensive background and customer experience will strengthen our ability to deliver reliable, future-ready solutions for new and existing customers.”

As DAS Business Development Manager, Dolske will focus on working with customers to expand relationships, develop new partnerships, and deliver distributed antenna system (DAS) solutions that enhance safety, connectivity, and operational efficiency.

In addition to Dolske’s appointment, CC&N congratulates Troy Otto, Cody Friedel, Bob Bachleitner, and Hayden Johnson on completing the Lencore Master Certified Installer program. Lencore’s certification represents the highest level of expertise in the installation of noise management solutions, including sound masking, paging, and background audio systems. Earning this credential underscores CC&N’s commitment to delivering exceptional service, innovative technology, and meticulously executed projects.

Witkofski added, “These achievements reflect the drive, dedication, and expertise of our employee-owners. We are proud to celebrate both Jed’s addition to our team and the professional growth of our certified installers as they continue to deliver exceptional value for our customers.”
