The CC&N ESOP Committee, comprised of a cross-section of employees from different departments and offices, meets on a monthly basis to address a variety of issues and needs, including promoting and fostering the ESOP philosophy throughout the company; encouraging pride and responsibility in CC&N employees; and recognizing individuals for their dedication and service. In 2011, strategic issues that will be top priority include:
Educating new and current employees on the benefits of being an employee owner
Promoting the importance and value of the structure of ESOP organizations to local and national governments
Working with the social committee to promote moral and team-building events
